Nick is a full-time Professor teaching Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship and Innovation to students at Butler University. He also serve as a mental performance coach with Dreamfuel and ForumWithin for businesses from early-stage start-ups to mature midsize organizations. Finally, he’s both an investor and an advisor for a number of emerging companies with FivePeaks, helping build the leaders and brands of the future.

As CEO of GadellNet, a certified purpose-driven B Corporation, he led the development of our strategy, values, culture, and leadership, by serving our employees, clients, and community. The company achieved growth through significant investments in organizational design, employee development, people-focused culture, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. Additionally, Nick co-founded Ryvit, an iPaaS company, which after several rounds of investor funding, was successfully acquired by Trimble in January 2023.
